Membership is open to Indian citizens aged 18+ with valid KYC. The company reserves the right to accept or reject applications.
Monthly subscription must be paid before the due date. Late payments attract 2% penalty per month. Non-payment for 3 months may result in termination.
Auctions are held monthly. Members who haven't prized may participate. Lowest bidder wins. Dividend (savings) is distributed equally among all members.
Prize amount = total subscription - foreman commission (5%) - discount offered by winner. Credited within 5 working days.
Sri Annaamalaii Chit Funds charges 5% commission — the maximum permitted under Tamil Nadu Chit Funds Act, 1961.
Members wishing to exit must apply in writing. Subject to processing fees and dues deduction. Prized subscribers must continue payments.
All disputes governed by Tamil Nadu Chit Funds Act, 1961. Jurisdiction: courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We collect name, address, phone, email, Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, and KYC documents as required by law.
Used to process memberships, conduct auctions, send payment reminders, issue receipts, comply with regulatory requirements.

Full refund of registration fees within 7 working days if membership is cancelled before the chit group commences.
Refund = paid subscriptions minus foreman's commission + any dues + ₹500 processing fee. Processed within 30 days.
Prized members cannot exit — must continue payments until chit completion.

Foreman's commission, processing fees, and late payment penalties are non-refundable.

Re-KYC required every 2 years or on significant change. Failure may result in temporary suspension.
For chits above ₹5L, IPV is mandatory. Our staff will contact you to schedule a verification visit.
Aadhaar-based e-KYC accepted via OTP verification. Upload self-attested, clear scanned copies through the member portal.
Must submit: Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, MoA, Board Resolution, KYC of all directors/trustees.
